ADHDTests.com is operated by MoodHelp Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using this platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of the Service

ADHDTests.com provides self-report psychometric screening and assessment tools. These assessments are not diagnostic. They are designed to help you understand patterns in your own thinking, feeling, and functioning. Results should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional if you have concerns.

2. Email and Newsletter

When you provide your email address to begin an assessment (including free screeners), you agree to the following:

  • Your email will be used to save your assessment progress and deliver your results.
  • By providing your email and starting an assessment, you consent to receiving occasional email updates about your brain health journey, new assessments, and relevant content from ADHDTests.com. This includes educational content about ADHD, executive function, rejection sensitivity, and related topics.
  • You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us.
  • We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Research Opt-In

During assessments, you may be offered the opportunity to opt in to anonymous research participation. This is entirely voluntary and does not affect your access to the service. If you opt in:

  • Your anonymised assessment responses may be included in aggregated research analyses.
  • No personally identifiable information will be included in research outputs.
  • You can withdraw your consent at any time.

4. Accounts and Access

Free screeners require only an email address. Paid assessments require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in your local currency where possible. We offer a 30-day refund policy on unused assessments. Once an assessment has been started, it cannot be refunded.

6. Your Data

See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data. Your assessment data belongs to you. You can request deletion at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All assessment instruments, scoring algorithms, report templates, and content on this platform are the intellectual property of MoodHelp Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our assessments without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
